Arch Harrison was sporting a mustache when he returned from a beach vacation in August of 1964.
Apparently the mustache was the subject of much talk around town. Enough that Arch mentioned it in his weekly newspaper column and to merit a picture in the August 8, 1964 issue of the Orange Review. This version of the picture was not published. The version with hat and sunglasses was printed in the paper.
