This ad ran in the Orange Review on October 15 and October 22, 1953. "The Hour of Stars" appears to have been a syndicated program. There is not much on line about it except this sentence which appears on a number of web sites.
"The 20th Century-Fox Hour (later syndicated as The Hour of Stars) ran on CBS just shy of two years, from October 1955 through September 1957."
